The Stylist
Christina began her grooming career as a bather at PetSmart before finishing grooming academy in 2017. After leaving her corporate salon position, she joined a small salon team at Wiggles and Wags where she was proud to be part of the grooming team to care for the A&M mascot, Reveille. When the pandemic forced the salon to close, Christina was asked to join the team at Fabulous Fur Pet Salon, where she helped manage from 2020-2025.
After nearly a decade in the industry, she finally took the leap into salon ownership through the development of Solana's.

Christina boasts a diverse grooming portfolio spanning many styles, breeds and techniques. She also proudly displays her hard-earned continued education, certifications, awards, and accolades. While she adores all dogs, she has a soft spot for the Miniature Schnauzer, her specialty breed.

She follows a grooming philosophy heavily centered around education, certification, compassion, and empathy.
Who is Solana?
You might be wondering "If Christina is the owner, who is Solana?"

When Christina graduated from grooming academy, she was gifted a miniature schnauzer puppy who she lovingly named Solana (Lana). Since then, she has vowed to dedicate her future salon after Lana, hence Solana's Mobile Pet Spa.
​
Clients may have the opportunity to meet Christina's dogs, including Solana herself. Solana is always very happily, and vocally, enthusiastic to meet clients!
